Before you book
How many people fit in each apartment?
Up to four: two in the double bed and two on the living-room sofa bed. Children up to 3 sleep in a free cot on request. From 13 years old, children count as adults.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a door code, from 4 pm until midnight. We send the code and instructions before arrival; please let us know your expected arrival time. Check-out is by 12 noon.
Is there parking?
Yes, on the street in front of the building, subject to availability. There is no private garage.
Is there a lift?
No, the building has stairs. If you have reduced mobility or heavy luggage, tell us when booking and we will suggest the most accessible apartment.
Can I come by train?
Yes. Tomar has a direct train line to Lisbon and the station is 450 m away, about a 6-minute walk.
Is there cleaning during the stay?
For stays of up to six nights there is no mid-stay cleaning. Extra cleaning and a change of linen and towels are available for a small fee.
Are pets allowed?
No. Smoking and parties are not allowed either. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am.
